Swinging is physically beneficial because it develops children’s gross motor skills, balance and body awareness – this happens when they help others have a go on the swing, when they jump up onto the swing and start swinging, and when they hop off again. Gripping the rubber-clad chains trains the children’s muscle coordination and fine motor skills in their hands and fingers, which is helpful when they have to learn to write, for example.

The tyre swing is one of our most popular swing seats. The well-known favourite is suitable for a wide age group ranging from 2 years and up to 15-16 years. At the same time, it has several uses, as two small children can sit on it together, while older children can swing on it standing up.
